Truffle Experience

Truffle Experience for us is synonymous with sharing a passion. The objective is to convey to you our love for this generous land and our constant commitment to protecting and respecting it.

We will go to our truffle forest, a few minutes' drive from the meeting point. Here you will see one of our dogs at work, very sweet and lively Lagotti Romagnoli dogs with an exceptional sense of smell. You will be fascinated by the countless curiosities told by Renzo, our trusty "trifulao" and by his devotion to this occupation, full of mystery and respect for tradition.
 

Useful information:
At the end of the truffle hunt in the woods we will move to Alba to our shop, where you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy our Gourmet Aperitif. During this food and wine immersion you will be able to satisfy your palate and learn more about the excellence of the area and their production and transformation methods.

- Sportswear and sneakers or boots are recommended.
- Shipping is not included. The movement from the truffle ground to the shop is to be understood independently. 
- In case of bad weather the tour may be postponed.
- Your dogs are welcome, if you decide to bring them with you we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.

The aperitif at the end of the truffle hunt includes:

- A cutting board with Salami with White Truffle and Toma with Black Truffle
- Toasted hazelnuts
- Crostini with truffle products and grated seasonal truffles
- Popcorns with White Truffle Powder
- Hazelnut cake with organic hazelnut cream

- Wine glass

- Waterfall
