Truffle Experience is synonymous with sharing a passion. The goal is to share with you our love for this generous land and our constant commitment to protect and respect it.
We'll go into our truffle forest, just a few minutes drive from the meeting point. Here you'll see one of our dogs, very sweet and lovely "lagotti romagnoli", with exceptional smell. You'll be fascinated by the countless curiosities told by Renzo, our super trusted "trifulao" and his devotion to this occupation, full of mystery and respect for tradition.
At the end of the truffle hunt in the woods we will move to Alba to our shop, where you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy our Gourmet Aperitif. During this food and wine immersion you will be able to satisfy your palate and learn more about the excellence of the area and their production and transformation methods.
Other useful information:
- Sportswear and sneakers or boots are recommended.
- Transportation is not included.
- In case of bad weather, the tour may be postponed.
- Your dogs are welcome, in case you decide to bring them with you we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
The Gourmet Aperitif includes:
- White Truffle Salame and Toma with Black Truffle
- Toasted hazelnuts
- A tasting of a selection of truffle Products and slices of seasonal Truffles
- Popcorns with White Truffle Powder
- Hazelnut cake with organic hazelnut cream
- Wine glass
- Water

Rimarrete affascinati dalle innumerevoli curiosità raccontate da Renzo, il nostro fidatissimo “trifulao” e dalla sua devozione a quest’occupazione, ricca di mistero e di rispetto per la tradizione.
