  • The truffle is already clean. Do not let the product thaw completely but start working with it when it is still semi-frozen (i.e. when the peel starts to become soft but the truffle inside is still hard). Choose whether to grate it and then use the minced meat obtained to prepare an excellent oil-based sauce. We therefore recommend sautéing it with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, to which add, once lukewarm, the ground truffle flavored with salt and a pinch of pepper.
