Freeze-dried white truffle
the noH2O dehydrated truffle slices should be served at the end of preparation, exactly like fresh truffles. To better enjoy their flavour, crumble them onto a hot plate and wait 2-3 minutes, the time necessary for the heat to rehydrate the truffle and allow it to best release its unmistakable aromatic notes. To be enjoyed on all types of pasta, in particular egg pasta, risottos, vegetable soups, cheese fondues, eggs, potatoes and purees and all dishes that go well with truffles.
