    This caviar comes from the Huso huso sturgeon which can reach a maximum length of 8 meters and weigh more than 1.5 tons.

    Originally from the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Azov Sea, it was also present in Italy in the Adriatic, Ionian and in the rivers connected to these seas before becoming extinct. They are needed on average20 years waiting to get this caviar
