The Oscietra Classic caviar is a caviar with a soft, fruity taste with a light hazelnut aroma and a color between dark brown and beige, warm amber nuances. Considered by many to be the most refined quality, to be tasted in purity. The recommended pairing is with brut or satèn bubbles.
This type of caviar comes from the Russian sturgeon, a species native to the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Sea of Azov. Of medium size, it can weigh from 20 to 60 kg. Russian sturgeon eggs are a good size, between 2.7 and 3.2 millimeters. On average, it takes 9-11 years to wait to obtain this caviar.
